Ratings: Add extra voting precision

I strongly believe that the scoring / rating system on imdb should be changed in favor of one that would allow the users to rate at least quarters (for example, 8.25) if not decimals (f.ex, 8.10, 8.90) because i.m.o, there is a huge gap between an 8 and a 9 for example. I don't consider this to be very problematic nor to formalistic, as it would better reflect those movies that are exactly in between (f.ex, not deserving the 9 but way over the 8). It would be great if you guys on imdb would consider this as a viable option for the near future
