Rating doesn't work, is it fake rating or what?

Some people contact me because they are trying to vote on my movie " https://www.imdb.com/title/tt6884114/ " but they cannot vote. They are logged in, they vote , but the vote doesn't keep in memory. Why? You can try to vote, but the vote are always 8, no more. Why?

As noted in the FAQ in Lina’s reply above, vote totals are not updated in real time. IMDb ratings are recalculated several times per day. However, another explanation here is that only votes from accounts which have confirmed their email address are counted in the totals. Please see https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/ge... and ensure everyone voting has confirmed their email address by clicking on the link in the registration email.
