Public list not working

Hello,

I have a problem with one of my lists, I configured it as public, and it is described by the website as such, but when someone else clicks on it it says the list is not public. I tried setting it as private and at public again but it did not fix the issue.

I saw several other persons had this problem, example of recent issue about it :
