None of my public lists are showing up for other users

I just found out that all of my IMDb lists of movies and shows are not visible to other users. I wondered why they were not getting any views for, I dunno, the last year or so. So I found this site and its a pretty common issue for other users where they need someone on the admin side to flip a switch.

Here is the error:

This list is not public

The creator of this list has not enabled public viewing

I've double checked all of my lists and my account settings are set to public and for years I had no issues with other users seeing my lists.
