No longer have access to old email address

I don't have the same e-mail address that I had several years ago when I started my IMDb account back in 2004.
I don't want to create a new account beacause my old one will be wiped out.

I can't change e-mail address if I can't login.
I never been asked to do this before.

Looks like site changed password settings and they don't alow simple and weak ones.

My problem is that I can't change my password because I don't have acces to my login mail anymore.

And my other problem is that I can't login to IMDb because site doesn't alow it to me, and reason is - my password is weak.

Is it possible to keep my old account because I have it for 10 years? Maybe administrators can change manually my e-mail or password. Here's link to my profile

I recently received a message stating that I need to reset my password. I am promoted to go to my email address to receive my one time password, however my linked email address is old and no longer accessible.

Are you able to contact me on my current email address to reset my password?

When I try to log into my account it says I need to set a new password not used on another account (no other account I have has this pass word so first wft).  It says send one time password rest to email to do so and a link to click if you no longer have access to that email to contact customer service.  I don’t have that email any more click the link takes me to help topics no any actual way to contact customer service.  The help topic says to update the email address to fix that problem but you need to log in to do that which takes me back to the page saying I need to update my password.  Is there anything I can do or is the contact customer service thing BS and I lost my +15 year old account lost?

I know my password (it is saved in LastPass) when I try to log in either using LastPass or typing it by hand it wants me to reset it, I am getting this error message:

I went to my cell where it was logged in (chrome), but when I tried to go to settings it logged me off and I received the same message.

Normally it wouldn't be an issue it is just the registered email is no longer active otherwise, I would just log in update my email address.

I really do not want to register again I had this account for way over 10 years and I have a lot of info on it that I really do not want to lose. I tried looking to directly contact support and I can´t find where to do it from.

Any suggestions?

15 years old account with couple thousand ratings so really would like to keep it. Being movie buff, i have really grown attached to IMDB. However, my old email server has ceased to exist and i luckily had linked my account to Facebook years ago. So that's how i can login atm. However, now i can't delete my Facebook account as then i'll lose my login ability.

If i go to change the email, i get the OTP and enter it and all is fine until it asks me to enter the password. But i've logged in with Facebook so i don't remember the one (i guess i could spam manually every password i've used but i bet that'll get me blocked pretty quick..) And i obviously can't change the password because that would require me to get access now defunct email service.

So, do i really have to keep Facebook solely for login here or do i have any other way reset either my password or update my email? Because at the end of the day i don't trust much these automated linkings and if at some point there is a hitch, i'm shoot out of luck.

Any tips? Pointers..?

For whatever reason, IMDB has wiped out my password. Their ingenious plan has been to e-mail me a One Time Password. Unfortunately, they are not sending this OTP, so I simply can't log in. Why? Oh, dear god, why?

Hi. IMDB wants to reset password and send a link to my email address. But my email address is no longer usable because the site has been closed. How can I get the reset email to my new e mail address? 

This is important for me because I have an archive there which I created throughout years...

imdb wants to reset my password but the email provider I created my imdb account with is defunct so I can't get their reset mail, I know my password how do I get back in?

When logging in to IMDB I am requested to reset my password. The problem is that I no longer have access to the e-mail address that I used when creating the account (19 years ago), basically due to not realizing I should have of course updated it on the account when I changed e-mail address long ago.

I have 1000+ ratings that I would really love not to lose, so I am wondering whether there is

a) any method of recovering the account through me somehow proving my identity (UserID is andersolsson which is my first and last name which I could perhaps prove by scanning a copy of my ID) or

b) if that's not possible, somehow migrating the account history to a new account?

I am also still logged into the account on several devices, if that could be helpful to me proving my identity.

I've a huge problem! I have no access to my e-mail account! The Domain closed and doesn't exist anymore! Of course, I remember my account password and everything else!
But, when I will login to my account, I need a OTP (One Time Password), which will sent to my e-mail address. Unfortunately I can't receive this password and I can't restore my e-mail address, because I can not log into my account!! This is paradoxical!

I hope you see my problem!

So, please remove this OTP from my account, so I can log in and change my e-mail address. OR can you change the e-mail manually to my new address or all my data to a new account?
I have over 600 ratings and reviews on my account!!! I loved and cared over 8 years my IMDB-Account (https://www.imdb.com/user/ur43152525)!!
