My Check-ins list is invisible on my pc. I can only see it on my phone.

​The list was viewable up until a week or so ago. When suddenly it stopped appearing on my pc, and now it gives me a blank page. I tried a different browser (Chrome/Firefox) and I also tried removing all cookies but it's still not working.​

Here’s today’s problem, but I can’t submit it to IMDb support without joining IMDbPro.

    1. Are you kidding me? The IMDb Help Center is where I started.
    2. I can’t get a free subscription to IMDbPro because I have no credits in their data base, i.e., I’m not an industry professional.
    3. For non-pros like me, “For IMDbPro Standard Subscription: $19.99/month ($12.50/month when billed annually).”

Hey, I’m just trying to help IMDb resolve its problem. Why should I have to pay to debug their system? Thankfully, I have a work-around as noted in my feedback below.

 

IMDb Feedback: Diagnosing why my Check-in list fails to display

Earlier today I gave feedback that when I tried to access my Check-in list, it was empty. It still is via this route attempted originally: <link deleted> from <link deleted>, which suggests to me a broken link (which upon further analysis doesn’t appear to be the case*).

I was able to access it correctly after my earlier report, however, at <link deleted> by adding a movie to my must-see list, then before closing the list of lists, opening my check-in list from my list of lists.

In searching for my user ID, this link <link deleted> from <link deleted> also failed.

I don’t know if this represents a change or if it’s been this way from the beginning, but all my lists below the three standard ones at the top of the Your Lists page are identified and referenced by their list number. Only the three standard ones at the top of the page (Checkins | Watchlist | Ratings) are by user ID. (Mine is <ID deleted>.) Of those three, only my Checkins doesn’t display when clicked there.

*In short, all lists identified by list number open normally. So do 2 of the 3 identified by user ID except Checkins, i.e., only Checkins has the problem.

Please can you provide more details on why you thought it was necessary to join IMDbPro in order to report this issue?

This appears to be the same underlying issue as the Watchlist problem reported at https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/imdbcom/watchlist-paged-incorrectly/63c0c52e9bb80c1cea285250 and the team are looking at the issue.
