movies do not scrape

Some movies do not scrape on xbmc.  They show on imdb. Their name and variations none of which will trigger information. Is it possible imdb has errors in the setup of their site for a few movies.  So far they include  "thumb Wars",  "the ghost of lord farquaad", "shrek the halls". so far tried all variations and aka choices.
