lost access to old email used for account

​I had only ever used IMDb on my phone and went to log in using my PC and had trouble. I hadn't realised that the account was under my old email which I no longer have access to and now I cannot sign up as I had forgotten change password, not realising it would lock the account. I wouldn't want to lose my watchlist and ratings that were on that account so I am looking for assistance to recover the data on it and preferably the account itself. Thanks!​
