List is not Public

Hi all.
I wanted to test if I could make my list public, so under watchlist, clicked edit, then settings and made sure it was not on private....




However if I click share link and copy it
https://www.imdb.com/user/ur117431687/watchlist
Then when I try and access that URL it shows


But, if I remove the /watchlist part of the URL and just have https://www.imdb.com/user/ur117431687/
Then is appears to bring it up...


However as soon as I click "See more", I get the 404 page again.


Like wise, if I log out and go straight to the "ls" link
https://www.imdb.com/list/ls099312947/

It states that it's not public



You can clearly see from the first screengrab, that I have made this public.
Any idea why this isn't working?

I can't be sure, but your issue may be related to the problems reported below. There are several recent threads describing missing ratings, ratings that have been made Private (but not by the user) and the inability to change the setting to make ratings Public. IMDb has said they're looking into it. One of these has the IMDb reply:

Possibly, as I also encountered the issue about not being able to set ratings as public (as mentioned in those threads).

Rather frustrating though, and something I hope IMDB are looking in to outside of just the rating issue.

Hi Taylor,
Unfortunately not.
When trying https://www.imdb.com/list/ls099312947/ or https://www.imdb.com/user/ur117431687/watchlist it is still not working, https://www.imdb.com/user/ur117431687/ works, but as soon as you click view more to go to the watchlist, it 404's
and the LS link says that it isn't public, despite it being set to public (as shown in screengrabs above)

My apologies for the delay and mix-up as it appears you had a different issue. 
You account should now be updated so that the public lists are visible.

Hello, does making lists public requires some manual action? For I'm facing exactly the same problem, and if so, can you please help me as well?

Usually the Settings change is sufficient.
If you're having a problem, you should post the url of the list.
And you probably should start a new thread, because this has been marked as Answered.

No, changing list settings did not help. And it is the same issue as I can say (at least symptoms are the same), so the bug doesn't seem to be fixed. List is https://www.imdb.com/list/ls098887486

Hi,@Taylor I've problem too.

 

When my link like this https://www.imdb.com/user/ur69126010 there's no problem , but when I changed that link to https://www.imdb.com/user/ur69126010/watchlist link becomes broken.
