Issues with lay-out/background colour

Does anyone know what's been going on with the lay-out/background colour sceme over the last 24 hours or so? I can't find any information about it or on how to change it. My main window used to be white with black lettering and beige spaces on the sides. Then yesterday the beige changed to some weird coloured nature print and today to black. But now when I search for something (and I need to use it for work a lot) the main view changes to a black with white lettering, which is a real nightmare to read. Then when searching for the next thing, it changes back to white with black lettering, and back to inversed... and so on. Do others experience this problem as well? And where do we find the settings to change it, please? Thank you!

The lay-out seems to differ per title. For example, this one is black with white lettering https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11041132/?ref_=nv_sr_srsg_0. while this one is white with black lettering https://www.imdb.com/title/tt4239726/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1. Why? Do others see this too? I never experienced these differences before and also like to have the beige sides back instead of black, it makes it all too dark. When I go to the screen with "my activity" or to a list, the beige sides are still there.
