Is it possible to automatically add up all the run time of all movies in a list?

I know this can be done by calculator but on a list with a lot of movies, it would be quite tiresome. Does anyone know if this is a thing already?

Yes.

Go to your list and select "Export List". A CSV file will be downloaded to your computer.
Import the CSV file to MS Excel (should work on other spreadsheet applications as well).
Sum the tenth column (J) which is runtime in minutes.
