I want to delete an older account, but am locked out of it. What do I do?

There is an old account I have been locked out of that is no longer desired. I would like to know how I can delete it. The problem is: My new account is not the same password or email as the old one, and everything I've tried for opening the old profile hasn't worked. Is there any way I can get an admin to override the system and delete the older profile?

I apologize but we are unable to delete an IMDb account on your behalf. 

If you would like to delete your IMDb account, you will need to login and visit the Delete your account page.

I am in the same situation, my daughter has an older account and wants to delete it or at least get in to edit it. Is there anything I can do to prove her identity? She has no way of getting in because the email has been compromised and she is unable to remember the password. There doesn't seem to be an email address to discuss this issue so I'm not sure where to go about talking through this. It would really help me out to have this resolved please and thank you!!
