I believe only 10,000 items are allowed in a list with the exception of watchlist and ratings.

But it's in the feature films, not in the watchlist, not ratings.

Oh, I misunderstood you. Didn't know this was a search. That is strange especially since it says "of 19,709". I tried exactly the same search and also got a 404 error. I would still suspect it has something to do with the 10,000 limit. To rephrase what I put before, I think the "watchlist" and "My ratings" are the only lists that can go over 10,000 items. I'm not sure if that figure also limits searches to that number, maybe an employee knows.

Or exactly the contrary you can go further 10,000 in all (watchlist, my ratings, search)

That problem was first noted in July in another thread:

[Steve Michaud, July 28]  >  "...[Advanced Title Search] won't allow you to browse any further than the first 200 pages (or 10,000 titles).  After that, a 'webpage doesn't exist message comes up."

[Dan Dassow, July 30] >  "I've confirmed the problem ..."

... and the issue has been repeatedly noted by other users since then.

By now, we can be sure IMDb must be well aware of the issue.

I wish that it'll be fixed very soon!

Hi Slimene,

Thank you for reporting this. We are aware of this issue and our technical teams are working on resolving it as it's been reported previously in the thread which Nobody has previously linked to. As soon as this is resolved we'll post a reply in this thread as well.

Slimene: Once the IMDb staff starts working on a problem, there's no point in reminding them after just a few days. Some problems get solved the same day, but other problems take months or years to be resolved.

Hope this not gonna take years (or maybe a couple of decades) to be solved so :)

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Error que debía haberse arreglado.

Hay un error o problema que lleva desde casi un año y medio.
http://www.imdb.com/search/title?count=100&genres=sci_fi&sort=alpha,asc&title_type=featu...
