email address not working

My registered email address is no longer valid, why I can'y respond to the verification email sent by IMDB when trying to login.

I've created a new account, but would like to have the email changed in the old account to avoid losing all the ratings.

I get a linkto customer support that is not working (I get an error code when trying).

Can I solve this, and if so, how?

Hello JaNy,

For login issues you can take a look at our IMDb login/ registration issues help guide, based on this help guide you will have to continue using the new account.

@Fran Hi Fran, thanks for your quick reply.

I realize that I can still access the old account via the android app, but not change email address.

Then I have the tidious work to slowly register my old ratings to the new account manually as an option, if I think it's worth while.... ;-)
