Edit list numbering glitch

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I've escalated this issue to our technical team who confirmed that this is a known issue affecting our Lists feature.  Our team is actively working on a resolution as part of upcoming system upgrades.  While we don't have an exact timeline for the fix, please be assured that it's a priority and we're committed to resolving it as quickly as possible.
