Customer service link to change login email gives a 404 error

@bderoes​ It's asking me to log in, which is the whole problem.

And if you dismiss the pop-up requesting you login?

I don't understand where you get the error 404, nor where you see the terminology "customer service".

Hence my request for the url involved.

I got to the form, but it's asking for the email address I used to have to log in with...so my assumption is that they will try to email me there; but I'll try to mention in the message that it's changed. See if they respond.
