Can't upload a picture to my page

Hi, I'n new to IMDB and for some reason I can't upload a picture to my page ("The image could not be processed by our system."). I've made sure that the picture is over 300 pixels wide and I've tried various formats and sizes and different pictures all of the uploads failed.
Any idea?
