You can see how many people have viewed your lists. However, IMDb currently does not notify you who viewed your list.

Can I see who looked at my lists/how many people read my lists?
Yes. To see how many people have viewed and commented on each list, look for the "List Activity" box at the top of the right hand column of the list page.

I doubt a notification when someone views your list would be very useful unless your list got only a couple of views a day (and even my most obscure ones don't do that) as you'd be hammered with notifications.

There would also be privacy issues, as some people might not want anyone to know that they viewed the "Films with naked boobs in them" list.

It would also generate a vast amount of data that would need to be stored in the database, increasing server load and pressure on resources, for little effect (most people wouldn't care).

So I don't see it happening.

However, it might be interesting to provide more of a data breakdown (how people arrived, what search terms were used to get there, where they are from, etc) but again it might involve a lot more resources. One fix might be to allow people to insert a small page tracker for one of those external web site tracking widgets.
