Advanced Name Search for Oscar winners

In the Advanced Name Search at http://www.imdb.com/search/name, one of the choices under Name Groups is "Oscar-Winning".

Let's say that you are looking for people born since 1980 who have won Oscars. So you enter in the Birth Date section 1980-01-01 to 2014-12-31, and check "Oscar-Winning" under Name Groups. Then click "Search".

You will get the following result: http://www.imdb.com/search/name?birth_date=1980-01-01,2014-12-31&groups=oscar_winners
which will include seven names: Jennifer Lawrence, Anne Hathaway, Natalie Portman, Eddie Redmayne, Anna Paquin, Lupita Nyong'o, and Jennifer Hudson.

But you won't find on that list Markéta Irglová (born 28 February 1988), or Adele (born 5 May 1988), even though both of them are Oscar winners for Best Song.

Apparently the "Oscar-Winning" Name Group includes only Oscar winners for acting and directing, not any of the other categories. (There aren't any Oscar-winning directors born since 1980, but searches for other birth years indicate that they are included.)

I would recommend that one of the following changes be made to the "Oscar-Winning" Name Group under Advanced Name Search:
  1. (My preference) Expand the group to cover Oscar winners in all categories, not just acting and directing.
  2. (Probably easier to accomplish) Change the designation on the Advanced Name Search page to say "Oscar-Winning for Acting or Directing".

The ticket attached to this had an interesting journey inside IMDb.  The team are aware of the inconsistency and the names included are only for directing / acting as you confirmed.  I am going to open a new ticket to get it re-labelled instead, sorry.
