Hi @JCoobs

Here are a few things you can try:

  • Power-cycle your Amazon TV device:
    1. Unplug the device from the wall.
    2. Wait about two minutes before plugging your device back in.
  • Check for software updates.
    1. Go to: Settings > My Fire TV > About > Check For Software updates.

If you're still unable to stream content via IMDb TV, please contact Prime Video for further assistance with troubleshooting.

@Taylor

Did you watch any episodes? If you watch you will hear the problem. Sounds like to much compression to me

@JCoobs I've not been able to reproduce any sound issues on my end. As previously mentioned if you're still having trouble with this, please reach out to Amazon Prime Video support so that they can further investigate.

I have talked to them several times and they are no help at all. The only episodes I have trouble with are the IMDb ones not the CBS/Paramount ones. This is not my imagination. No other program has

Horrible soundtrack on Perry Mason. The music tracks and sound effects overpower the dialog so you can hardly understand what the actors are saying. On a scene at the beach the sound of the waves was almost twice as loud as the people's voices,  same with the sound of rain, wind, traffic,  etc. Please fix this.
