PS: Oscars Face-Off: Producers - Spielberg vs. Kennedy

In 2016, with the Oscar nominee announcements for the 88th Academy Awards, Steven Spielberg received his record breaking 9th Best Picture nomination. The Bridge of Spies nomination helped Spielberg edged Kathleen Kennedy for the most all time Oscar nominations by a producer. Interestingly, the competing producers but former collaborators share five Best Picture Oscar nominations together.

Which leading Oscar nominated producer do you think makes the best movies: Steven Spielberg or Kathleen Kennedy?

You might be right, Spielberg (114) has about thirty more productions on his resume and a more saleable and recognizable name in the business. Kennedy's  (85) resume is impressive too and is one of the most well known producers in Hollywood and is the lead producer on all the Star Wars final trilogy and stand-alone movies. Muddling the issue is that were long time collaborators, so their resumes are as much the same as different. It should be closer than it probably will be.

Text corrections needed:

When the Oscar nominees were announced for the 2016 Academy Awards, Steven Spielberg received his record-breaking ninth Best Picture nomination. The nomination for Bridge of Spies helped Spielberg jump ahead of Kathleen Kennedy for the most all-time Oscar nominations by a producer. They have also worked together so five of their Best Picture nominations are shared.

Well, Spielberg also directed:
Poltergeist
The Goonies
Back to the Future
Young Sherlock Homes
Who Framed Roger Rabbit
I would also base my vote on these movies... not just the Oscar-nominated stuff...
