PS: Face-Off: It's the Same Old Intouchables Story

The movie Intouchables (2011) became the worldwide leader as the highest-grossing movie in a language other than English on 20 March 2012, eventually reaching a worldwide box office of $426,588,510. It held the title for the next four years, but now currently sits at number six, eclipsed by five Chinese language movies that have ridden a recent tsunami of growth in Chinese box office receipts. The universally inspirational story has since been adapted in different languages around the globe with more remakes to come.

Which worldly telling, inspired by the true story* of Philippe Pozzo di Borgo and Abdel Sellou, of the same story is your favorite version? *adapted from the autobiographical tale Le Second Souffle

Hmm, I haven't seen the other versions but I still go for the original Intouchables (2011).

The production is  the first for newly formed Lantern Entertainment (II), the successor to The Weinstein Company (uncredited). Lantern Entertainment is an American independent film studio and the successor to The Weinstein Company. It is a separate company and purchased the entire assets in a bankruptcy auction. On July 16, 2018, the Dallas-based equity firm Lantern Capital Partners bought the assets of The Weinstein Company for $289 million. Lantern Entertainment was formed and assumed the rights to TWC's 277-film library.

Why are these all under "Ideas"?

With all due respect, your threads are fine, but please don't use the "Ideas" channel for these, as you're mis-tagging these threads, clogging up the channel with items that are not site improvement or feature related.

Can you move the tag to "Praise" channel, where they belong, please.

Regards.
