Poll Suggestion: Higher Rated Film Above the Oscar Winner

Based on each year there is at least one or even more films, which are included in the IMDb Top 250 Movies and one of them is an Oscars nomination. But it is possible that the rating on IMDb does not determine the winner at the Oscars, this list shows films that are included in the IMDb Top 250 Movies, but dis not win a best picture nomination at that time.

Which film on this list do you think deserves to win Best Picture compared to the Oscar winner at that time?

Difficult choice among the poll options, tho in almost all cases the higher-rated non-winning nominee was better IMO.

@NYVKE

Yes you are right, it is very difficult to determine the choice options in this list, but if asked to choose, I will choose "Taxi Driver" when "Rocky" wins it, and some get a high rating but I think the Oscar winner is better, everything will return to someone's subjectivity.

This list was made to see the difference between the calculations at the Oscars and IMDb itself, maybe that's the reason I made it.

It should read Higher Rated Film Above the Oscar Winner" because for each option, you're comparing two films at a time - the one that won a given years Best Picture and the one rated higher which lost but still was nominated for BP (not three or more).
