FYC, the (single) quotation mark always goes before the year, not after it. The only exception is when the year is part of the name of a movie or TV show, like '1969'. You should check all your poll suggestions for this error, as it seems to be a recurring issue. You don't need the year in the title either and it would be another way to eliminate the problem from popping up all the time.
