Poll Suggestion: Best Director Cameo

Pia Koh, a question I totally agree should've been adressed more. Although not all of them are white: M. Night Shyamalan is American of Indian descent and Anurag Kashyap is Indian.  

From my researches on director cameos, I'd say that fewer female directors regularly appear in cameos in their movies which is a shame and... Actually might spark some dispute on whether everpresent male ego is in play here. As a filmmaker who appears in cameos in my own work I'm not sure what to say about this other than the fact that I try my best and still oftentimes feel like I should be less and less prominent to pave the way for real actors. 

One could argue that less cameos in female directors is a stereotype, just as the fact that women in general are a minority in profession (which is neither true at this point nor fair in any imaginable context), but I'm a buff on this subject and from the top of my head I can only remember Svetlana Druzhinina doing that regularly and that's mostly because she switched from acting to direction. Most of her appearances are also seizable supporting parts rather than cameos. 

I think I might research the subject further at some point and try to make a separate poll based specifically on female director cameos.
