To:
Most Improved Sequels by Tomatometer

Rotten Tomatoes is a proper noun. As such it should be capitalized in English. Please change this sentence from:
This is a list of the sequels that most improved in relation to his predecessors in rotten tomatoes

To:
This is a list of the sequels that most improved in relation to his predecessors in Rotten Tomatoes.

Good idea and I like how you note how many points difference there is between the original and the sequel. I haven't seen many of these but I'm thinking that my vote would go to the Mad Max sequel or Harry Potter 2.
