Where did you find historical information about the bottom 100? I know where to get it for the top 250, but the bad films list has always been neglected in this aspect and it's not so easy.

Pibby,

There are 3 more titles that I missed.

1. Gigli (2003)
2. Tunnel Vision (1976)
3. Backyard Dogs (2000)

I was thinking to make the list with only the titles having at least 10,000 votes. That way we can use the poll for future use.

The current criteria to make it to the IMDb Bottom 100 list says:

The Lowest Rated Movie list only includes theatrical features. Shorts, TV movies, and documentaries are not included. The list is ranked by a formula which includes the number of ratings each movie received from users, and value of ratings received from regular users. To be included on the list, a movie must receive ratings from at least 10,000 users.

What do you think about the idea of adding only 10,000+ voted titles? Should I go for it?

Sure, I guess that's okay.

I find the question confusing with the use of topped or #1 of a bottom list.
I would use worst or last exclusively to get the desired effect?

Benu,

Being at the top (#1) of the IMDb Bottom 100 list means,

The film is the worst of the worst.

The IMDb Bottom 100 #100 is better movie than IMDb Bottom 100 #1 movie. The list is sorted in that way.

I don't think it as clear as you think it is. But, I do understand your point to some degree, but had to guess. Regardless, I am pretty sure your point is not universally understood. I would add a more detailed explanation if you want to keep it that way and/or be clearer. I was confused and think others will be too, even though I understood the point you were trying to make. I think at least 80%-67% of poll takers might understand that is your point, but at least 20%-33% will guess the other way. If you are fine with a fifth or a third voting the opposite, leave the question and title as is, otherwise be clearer.

I am still unclear whether this is an all-time or current list, as you use topped and #1. I think it actually is a current list, but when you use topped and #1 it implies it is an all-time historical list of movies that held the very last spot on IMDb at one time.

Additionally, top and worst/bottom are not synonyms and should not be used together. By using top and bottom/worst together, it is essentially like using a double negative like don't never.

unclear

These 35 movies have ever topped the IMDb Bottom 100. Which of them is the worst?

clearer
(if this list is of all-time IMDb historical bottom spot movies)
Of these 35 movies, all of which were the lowest rated movie on the IMDb Bottom 100 list at one time, which movie is the worst?

clearer
(if this list is of the current IMDb bottom thirty-five movies)
Of these 35 movies, all of which are ranked the lowest of those on the IMDb Bottom 100 list (as 10 January 2019), which movie is the worst?

Manos, Titanic, or Final Justice.  But Merlin sucks, too.

I think Gunday is purposefully underrated due to some ethnic remarks made in the movie

I've only seen 2 movies on that list, and I actually liked Van Wilder 2

Gunday looks really bad.
