I don't particularly get that fear. I always found the idea of getting attacked by people you know, trust, or even love to be far scarier than being attacked by a random stranger. 

You can't imagine the fear of being attaked? It's about the fear to be a random Victim of someone who ist able to do you great harm without a motiv - or with a fishy motiv. Some people do fear that every day. Be lucky you don't. ;)

But what about the fear of being burried alive? Or the fear of being hunted? Istn't that scarry?
