Gore doesn't scare me. It just turns me off. But good suspense and dark and gloomy places does it all the time. That is why "Halloween" is so good.
The scariest movie I ever saw, "Dante's Peak" aka, natural gone wild. Everything in that film has happened somewhere around the world.
You can say natural desaster movie.

"The fear of incestuos hillbillies craving for your flesh." to "The fear of cannibals."
"The fear of knowing to die soon and searching for a way to avert it by betraying the death." to "The fear of your death coming soon ."
This "The fear to get into an bad-minded psycho-game of a pretty sick abductor, even if he is fair ." and this "The fear to be random chosen by an evil psychopath, not knowing how his evil game turns out" are the same thing reworded. (Also, before Jessica corrects you, it is "Randomly chosen").
Here is a new one for you to consider: "The fear of being hunted (particularly, for sport).." That way, you can use the films "The Purge", "Predator", "Predator 2", "The Hunger Games", "Surviving The Game", the new one coming soon out "Silent Place", "The Duel", "The Hunters", and "The Naked Prey".

There are some typos:
#6: The fear to be randomly chosen ...
#8: The fear of being buried / trapped
#17: The fear of telepathic occurrences
#20: The fear of your death coming soon.
#22: The fear of getting into irritating troubles no one would know about.

For example Clive Barker's horror classics like Hellraiser, Nightbreed, Lord of Illusions, ... feature demons but they are not exactly biblical.

"The fear of extinction by some interstellar predators / xenomorphs /other Monsters."
Is this ok, or would you want some more dissociation to interstellar predators and xenomorphs?
I think most of the monsters in movies come from out of space. Only animals like Nessie from Loch Ness are not from space. But her and krakens, giant spiders and so on ... are mostly from earth. So i would put them to the point "fear of animals". What do you think of this point?
