Black Widow and Star Lord would qualify as having powers. 

Black Widow has a Russian variant of the super soldier serum Captain America took.
Star Lord has powers given GotG 2.

I love the idea of this poll but when I hover over an image, no text appears. Did you include text? I'm not sure if I'm not doing something or if there's glitch, because if even if you didn't write anything next to the entries, I think the basic IMDb info. should appear, although I'm not sure.

Sorry, but that was predictable. Batman would always be on top by such a poll. It's a little unfair against the lower prominent superpowerless superheroes. So I revoted for Hitgirl because she rocks it very cool in view of her minor age. ;)
