If there's a character who fit this poll it's Kowalski (Clint Eastwood) fron Gran Torino.

Awesome poll!  Dwight would be my pick (What kind of bear is best? - nevermind) but it's too bad the poll is full up because you forgot the Kings of Sarcastic Comedy... the cast of Mystery Science Theater 3000!

So sorry... I know your list is full but just in case, Salem the Cat from Sabrina (the old one).  He is the pinnacle of a sarcastic character.  :)

Added just because I have a fondness for you. By the way, I have seen the animated Sabrina when I was a kid but I have not seen this version. How can a cat be sarcastic? Does she talks or something?

Aww, thank you so much!  :)
Yes, Salem talks... and talks and talks and talks!  The old Sabrina with Melissa Joan Hart is cute and funny; haven't seen animated or the new one.  The new one on NetFlix is supposed to be scary or something, I'm not sure how I feel about that.  To me, Sabrina and her Aunts and her cat are just funny - not creepy!  :)

Paok, this should sum it up.  :)

Salem was once a man who tried to take over the world, so he was punished by being turned into a cat for years and years.

Paok, just one more thing (and no, I haven't turned into Columbo).  All this talk of the Oscars coming up made me want to watch a wonderful Oscar themed T.V. special from 1998  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0XeDxR5qdM  I don't know if this is your thing, but you might think it's funny.  :)  The scene at 7:17 cracks me up every time!

Considering Salem was voiced by Nick Bakay, may we add another role of his, Norbert Foster Beaver? This guy practically bathes in sarcasm.

I guess Nick can just do that voice that just sounds sarcastic.

NarniaisAwesome his pairing with Richard Steven Horvitz, a master of neurotic voice (known for "Invader ZIM") was a genius casting decision in "The Angry Beavers"

Although, amazingly enough Ukrainian TV voiceover translation managed to find actor who can pull off both of those voice, Valeriy Legin. For years I thought there were at least two actors there.

Yes!  Bump!
Also I see you have some empty spaces so I suggest Mike, Crow, and Tom Servo from Mystery Science Theater 3000https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094517/mediaviewer/rm904866816
You can just add all three as one option.  They all basically have the same sense of humor.  :)
