Hi, dgranger. :D

I know that scene. Hopefully I'll find an image for that scene. ;)

P.S.:
Not really! I didn't find useable images to present the scene on the poll.

I'd probably go with 'The Thing': The transformation scenes. Those were all pretty intense... just a suggestion to maybe include the word "Sci-Fi" in the title, so that it'd read:

Most Intense Sci-Fi Movie Scenes
Just in case voters are confused why scenes they have in mind from other genres weren't included in this one.

Hi, Kyle. :D  You're right. I've changed that. Even if I wrote it in the intro, I've decided to do that because of making it clearer from beginning on.

Are you taking only English language films? If not, I'd recommend a scene from Solaris too. :/

Hello, Thorin (Tharindu?)

I got 2 free places to set 2 more of the most intensive scenes. Could you please describe the scenes. Maybe there are images to explain them visually. It's so long ago I watchend 'A.I.', that I don't remember proper. The image should be exemplary for the scene.

It doesn't have to be an american movie. I guess you mean the 'Solaris' from Andrei Tarkovsky? As an open minded movie watcher, I have no special disclination against non-Hollywood-productions. I've seen 'Solaris', but I must admit, I don't remember proper. Maybe if you have a special image of the scene and when you describe it, I'll remember.

If you have some good candidates, it will be my pleasure to set them on this list.

The original Solaris (1971) is much better than then English language remake,
Solaris (2002).

I haven't seen the remake, but I don't think there will be a match for the original Solaris (1971) :D

Hello, Dan and Thorin.:D

Yes, I take non-english movies for the list. I guess, 'Solaris' is a good candidate. The pitty is, that I don't remember the most intense movie-scene in it. The heat must have erreased some of my memory. Could you please give me a line for the most intense scene and - that's essential - a link to an image of the scene, best short before - from IDMd-Database? Than I'll put it on the list for sure. Anyway thank you for suggesting. :)

I added your A.I. suggestion.
Please tell me if the suggestion-mark is as you wish. :)

No worry about that, I'm late whole last time because of heat-problems. I would put the scene of 'Bladerunner 2049' in the list, if I would think that the movie was a big thing or just the scene was so special that I would always remember. But i don't want to put that movie on my list, because I'm not convinced of it.

Maybe you find the needed scene of 'Solaris' (1971) somewhere on IMDb.

I did some changes. I've cut '- Part IV' from the title. The explanation is in the intro, so the title does not irritate anymore.
I corrected some typos and changed 'fourth part of an' to 'fourth part of the'.
Tomorrow I gonna watch 'Solaris' (70's) again, so maybe I can put it on the list.
Except there is another good or better candidate for #35. ;)

Just watched 'Solaris' half and know why I didn't put it on the list. It's highly philosophical for sure. That's not bad, but it is also long-winded like dead. I'll try the second half tomorrow. Just for knowing again. But I still got no clue why I should put it to the list. 'Andreij Rubeljow' and even 'Stalker' was better watchable. ;)

I think it's not only the lack of Film-music that completely slows down the story flow. The main subject is presented very dry, dull, something like that. I don't want to underestimate the content of the movie, but the presentation lacks.

Hi Breu, this is another good one! I'll have to spend some time deliberating before voting.

'A few suggested edits:

#18: "despaires" is misspelled  -- correct spelling is without the e (despairs)

Intro: This is the scifi-edition of the most-intense-movies-scenes-polls. According to IMDb poll board users, there are scenes in some movies that are so intense with emotion or situation or a special twist, that you will never forget them again.

(Because "them" refers to "scenes," so it's plural)

Your English is improving so quickly that it's amazing. From your writing, I would think English was your first language. Your German must be exquisite. Being fluent in more than one language must be so great.

Thank you for giving me the right words. I'm still in heat-troubles. That's the main reason, why I'm not so active today. The temperatures went down and then up again. Partly it had 33°C in Germany, today  on our Balcony it was at 31°C, what equals to 304°K or ~88°F (in the shadow). But that time I was working. And I have to move at work, I tried to do as slow as possible.

So I've canged the points you showed me. And  I changed one more point about it:
Which of these  intense scifi-scenes below is your pick?
