Hard to decide, but ever since the debut, countless people have spoken of life in general in terms of the choice between "red pill" and "blue pill".

The "dodging bullet" moment has been parodied a million times, I was familiar with long before I saw the film....it's not just the most iconic scene of the film but one of the most iconic ever.

Trinity's jump kick in bullet time is parodied in Shrek and several other movies, so that one is iconic, but more of a shot than a scene. Prior to The Matrix, the only scene like bullet time could be found in the Lost in Space movie of the mid-1990s.

KiarashFa,

Thank you for making the change I recommended. I also should have recommended the following at the same time. Sorry for the extra work.

Please remove "Poll question:".

I voted the bullet time scene... but for me the most iconic one is the trinity jump in the first scene... because it ́s the first scene I was completly shocked

They are both bullet time scenes, but only one of them involves bullets discharged and cutting through the air.
