FYC: My list:
  1. Brazil It's combines fun with a more serious psychological examination of our motivations and willingness to trust our government. The visuals are wonderful, and it is a great example of Terry Gilliam's vivid imagination. It holds up well over time and is not dates. It is still as relevant today, if not more relevant, than it was in the mid 1980s. Johnathan Pryce gives a wonderful performance joined with Robert Dinero in a role unlike any other he's played. The ending is open to interpretation, but I see it as a positive as our dreams cannot be taken from us.
  2. Monty Python and the Holy Grail
  3. Schindler's List
  4. Star Wars
  5. The Shining
  6. Monty Python and the Life of Brian
  7. Full Metal Jacket
  8. The Godfather
  9. Fandango
  10. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2

Thank you for your picks. Please give me some time, I gotta do some other things before and have to go to works. Maybe it's on the list in about 12 hours. Thank you for contributing. :D

You got a cool list for sure! Could you please shorten the reason about the size of two sentences? But I would like to still use your own words. Maby you could pack it a little? When you look at the list - it looks a little big to read. Thank you. :)

I just saw you've given me a list for this PS before. Now you are on option #20 and option #4. Please can you tell me which one I should delete? We also can create a option of both options you gave me before, but in the end there will be only one option per user. So one gets deleted for sure. When you still take Brazil as number one of your top ten, I'll use your shorter description. ;D

Since you didn't react, I deleted the older option, but kept the smaller reason-line.

1. The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003)

The Return of the King is really the heart of this epic cinematic masterpiece. A fantastic ending to the amazing adaptation of the Lord of the Rings books. The best fantasy movie ever.

2. Schindler's List (1993)
3. Forrest Gump (1994)
4. The Silence of the Lambs (1991)
5. Gladiator (2000)

Breu, I know they are ordered as they were suggested, but maybe you may want to change the order of the first two lists? Having two Shawshank Redemption posters side by side takes a little bit of visual attractive from it.

Please also correct the question:
Which user's list do you agree with the most?

Pencho & Jessica:
Done. :D
I don't know how the heck the text got so messed up in the intro. But it doesn't matter, I corrected it. And the second 'Shawshank Redemption' is a little more down now. ;)

I changed the positions of the options a little bit, in case it would become a featured poll. So there were two grand movies as featured images. I'm a little sorry I changed it, on the one hand - but also think it's better like that. The contribution of each user itself hasn't changed, just the position. I've put my own option very low down at the list. :D

James The Movie Guy:
Thank you. But when you look at the list - what's your reason-line for your #1?
I just take contributions with reason-line from now on. Give me a reason for #1 and I'll ask for a re-push.
