Although I haven't seen it yet, 13 Reasons Why (2017 TV Series) has certainly caught my attention. This is the one I want to see most from the ones in the list I haven't seen. There's no favorite in the series I did see.

My top two would be Master of None and Veep from which I would choose Master of None which was much more cerebral than the first season and each episode served almost like a short film.

I thought the same thing about the second season of Master of None. I always thought it was funny but your observations are right on, I think: "more cerebral" and "each episode served almost like a short film" are the perfect ways to describe the second season.
