I think that Sherlock was great. True Detective season 1 was also outstanding

Hi Dibby, Breaking Bad and Dexter aren't on here despite having higher IMDb ratings than many so I'm guessing you're only including series that began after 2009? If so, I'd make a note of that in the intro.

So where is Orange Is The New Black? I don't understand how it doesn't qualify?

Ed,

This is the exact reason.

Also, I made the list based on IMDb's Top 250 TV list.

Ok, so "only" 8.1 isn't enough I guess..

@Dibyayan Chakravorty

Mr. Robot is within the Top 250 list, it debuted in 2015, but it's not included in your poll. Could you add it? It is considered to be one of the best if not the best TV Show by many.

MD,

IMDb polls are limited to 35 choices. We can not add more than 35 options to a poll.

The included titles are above in the ranking with respect to "Mr Robot".

Out of the shows you included, Rick and Morty for me, with Daredevil (and Jessica Jones) being a close second, then Sherlock (despite the somewhat crappy season 4), and then The Boys, which I loved, but it only has one season at the moment, so I will have to wait for what comes next.

Also, Had it been included, my vote would have Definitely gone towards Hannibal, or even Mr. Robot. Im also surprised that Homeland wasnt included. Its not my fave, but it Is a 2010s show.

I don't think Sherlock its season 4 was crappy, although I get some expected more and it is difficult to improve when the bar was set that high.

Overall I think many people underrate season 4 because they didn't like the grand finale, but I was in favor of that episode.

PS: I didn't vote for Rick and Morty, but would definitely approve if it ends up on number 1 or 2 because it is so underrated and my stupid friends still believe it is a childish shit show that they are never gonna watch...

Well, the first episode was a Major letdown and felt so sloppy overall - Not to even mention the most cliche death scene of all time. Sadly, it just felt like they went there Only because certain people werent a couple irl anymore.
Anyway, the second episode was fricking awesome, and the way it teased about whats to come in the finale was "Hell yeah - the first ep was just a fluke".
So it felt that way All throughout the 3rd episode, which was gripping, engaging, a frickin Rush, and was just building up for Such an epic conclusion...
...but the conclusion we got was... hmm...
Its not that I cant appreciate the idea behind the ending - its that it was executed in Such an anticlimatic way, that it made my suspension of disbelief just crumble for the entire episode, since I already knew the episode was pretty ridiculous while watching it, despite my enjoyment of it.
I know most people view the 3rd season as the worst one, but for me its my favorite overall, and the only season of the show I love in its entirety. Thats probably one of the reasons that makes me actually hate the first ep of season 4.

Btw, as I said, I picked R&M only because Hannibal wasnt on the list, which is definitely my fave of this decade - have you watched it?
