DC: Gonna have to go with Cyborg, for now.  I like how in Justice League he was willing to help by calm and not trying to hog the camera all the time.

From the Movies
DC: Wonder Woman although Harley Quinn is really tight roping the line.
Marvel: Probably Scarlet Witch

I mean DCCU regards to the movies and the last four characters are from the CW shows. Hal Jordan and Manhattan are stand alone movies. I could be wrong but pretty sure they are not linked with current DCU.

The one you're talking about is DCEU (DC Extended Universe). DCCU means all DC films.

DCCU (DC Cinematic Universe) and MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) is a title for DC and Marvel comic-book movies.

Films like Justice League and Avengers come under both Cinematic and Extended Universe.

Marvel: Surprisingly hard to pick. I grew up as a big fan of Wolverine, but despite I still like the character, he's far from being the most favorite of Marvel's... I'm also torn between The Punisher, Daredevil, Man-Thing...  

DC: The Question, although he originated in now-defunct Charlton Comics. Closely followed by Batman.

If you're wondering why there's no Punisher on the list, that's because he's an anti-(super)hero.

A few more characters like John Constantine, Jonah Hex, etc., are anti-heroes.

There are also characters like Catwoman. They stand in-between lol, they're sometimes anti-superhero, and sometimes anti-supervillain.

From birds of prey you could add Huntress and Black Canary. Harley Quinn is a wild card at this point but the other two would fit.
