Unable to add movies / shows to my device’s calendar

When I attempt to add a movie or show to my iPad’s calendar a box pops up that says “We’re sorry. We’re unable to find the right provider or App Store listing for this provider”. When I try to add it with the IMDb app on my phone, I have no issues. I don’t understand why this is happening.

@Elliot I’m using an iPad, 15.0.1, and my IMDb app is 12.0.1. Everything was working fine until I updated the recent update of IMDb a few weeks ago (the one before the current one). Now I’m not receiving notifications at all / can’t even add shows / movies to my calendar.

Could you share some screenshots when receiving this error?

Also, please make sure the Calendar setting is enabled under Settings -> IMDb.

Before I deleted the app and reloaded the app, I was at least getting notifications. Since I removed and reloaded it, I have not received any notifications from the IMDb app

A similar situation happened for me with a previous app version and it took over a year to resolve itself

It's any movie or show upcoming on TV. I am in the United States. Up until one of the recent updates, I had no issues at all with adding shows / moves to my Calendar or even the IMDb app in general

Sorry for the inconvenience - we're working on a update to help address this known issue. Our engineering team is aware of the issue but there is not an easy solution or quick fix at this time.

It seems that with today's app update (that I just downloaded) the issue I was having adding shows/movies to my Calendar is resolved.
