Unable to access tv listings

Since downloading the most recent app update, I’m no longer able to access tv listings within the app. On the chance I am, a box pops up saying ‘network error’ and I’m redirected to the home screen.

In order to investigate further about this situation, please try the following steps :

- Restart your device
- Clear cookies and browsing history, if applicable
- Ensure that your device and app/web browser have the latest updates 
- Attempt to reproduce the issue on a different browser/device (e.g. Chrome, Safari) 
- Check your internet connection 
- Uninstall and then reinstall back the app

Please let me know if issue persists after trying this steps.

@Vic​ Hi Vic. I've actually tried some of those things you listed. I've had issues with the IMDb app in the past and it took over a year for the issue to be resolved - I could use the app but I wasn't receiving any notifications until one day they started popping back up. I don't really want to uninstall / reinstall the app just in case the situation from the past happens again. Maybe I'll try to wait for the next app update and see if that resolves my issue - especially since my current issue didn't start occurring until I downloaded the update from last week.
