Parents Guide sections disappear on app

Hello,
I've noticed that info looks different between the app and the website; specifically the Parents Guide sections.
Here is an example. The movie Rejuvenator (1988) has all 5 sections via the website (see pic 1). Whereas the app only shows 2 sections, Violence & Gore/Frightening & Intense Scenes (see pic 2). This is not the only movie I've found to have differences.

*I thought maybe the ad (twilight freevee) was covering up other sections, but the section is missing above as well - starts with "Violence" rather than "Sex."
*Clicking on "see all" in the app still shows only those two sections.

Why is the app not showing the other sections?
