Not receiving notifications in the iOS app

For the last few days, I haven't been receiving any notifications from IMDb on my iPad. However, I am receiving them on my phone. Both iOS devices are up to date as are the apps and notifications are enabled on both devices so I don't understand why one is working and the other isn't.

iPad Pro and iPhone 6, version 12.1. For the past few days, I've only been receiving IMDb notifications on my phone. I have all notifications enabled on IMDb but they never show up. I've tried turning them off and on, logging out, removing the app and reloading it and still no notifications.

Hi Kristen -

Sorry for the delay! We haven't been able to reproduce this issue, despite extensive testing. When did you last receive a notification? Have you checked to make sure you didn't turn IMDb's notification permissions off in the System Settings?

I’ve been receiving them on my phone just not my iPad (even after the app update from yesterday). I have notifications enabled on my iPad for IMDb. I don’t know what you mean by “permissions”

If you go into the Settings app for the iPad, and tap Notifications and scroll down to IMDb, do you see our app turned "on" or "off"?

Everything is enabled, just no notifications. I’ve tried uninstalling and reloading the app. I’ve tried resetting my device from scratch. I’m still not receiving notifications on my iPad (though I am on my phone)
