I am receiving a Network Error message.

Each time I search or navigate the site, I repeatedly receive this popup:

NETWORK ERROR

We couldn't connect to IMDb right now. Please try again. A network error occurred The operation couldn't be complete. Invalid argument. Or - Retry

iPhone 11 - iOS 14.3 - 

IMDb app version 11.5

App configuration is set to ALLOW for Cellular Data, and Background App Refresh is ON

What have I tried to solve the problem? (None of this has worked) 

1) Power phone off and on

2) Reset Network Connections

3) Uninstall and reinstall IMDb app

Yes.  I still have the issue

1) I open the app without an issue

2) I conduct a search

3) I choose a result, and get the error pop up. (This pop up also occurs when I select a previously-saved item from one of my lists.  

Note that if i navigate past the error message by choosing ok, the entry opens, but the plot summary is missing,

Is the "Network Error" issue only occurring when you are using your cellular data? Does this also occur when connected on a WiFi network?

The problem only occurs when I use cellular data. When connected to Wi-Fi, the app operates properly.

So our team can further investigate, can you please help send the device logs when experiencing the error? 

1. Reproduce the error (Important, this needs to happen before we can collect error logs)
2. Under "Sign in/You" tab, Select the Settings icon on the top right
3. "About" -> "Send Feedback", and send the feedback email

I did as you asked me to do above. Four times. I emailed and asked for a response but have not received any reply after many days. 

This is the information that was emailed. And the detail log file is attached. Is there any additional assistance you can provide, or steer me to someone that can help me? Thanks!! - Paul

Thank you for that. Though the team is still investigating this, I would recommend to update your IMDb app to version 11.6 in the meantime.

Thanks for the response. I checked the app just now. Since the log was created last month, the app automatically had updated to 11.6 - and the problem persists. I don't want to bug people about this. It's been a couple of weeks. Can you give me an estimate of a typical amount of time before I would even hear from someone? Thank!

Apologies but I'm unable to provide a timeline at this time. We've had difficulty reproducing the issue on our end and as such, have had to request the device logs to investigate the issue. 

However as you noted the issue only occurs while on cellular data, the 'network error' very well may be a result of internet connectivity issues.
