Error Message

I am logged in on my app. When I click the app to open, the main screen comes up just fine. When I click YOU to see my watchlist, that comes up fine. When I click one of the shows on my watchlist, I get the error. RETRY gives me the error again. I click on the EPISODE GUIDE, fine. I click an episode, error. Clicking an actor, or goofs, or trivia does not bring up the error. It seems to only be when I select a TV SHOW, MOVIE, or EPISODE GUIDE.

What IMDb App version are you on? Please try to clear the Cache in the IMDb app settings and confirm if you're still experiencing the issue.

To clear the cache, please take the following steps:

1. While in the IMDb app, go to the "You" tab on the bottom right-hand corner

2. Select the gear at the top right-hand corner, which will take you to the App Settings page

3. Scroll down to find "Clear Cache"

4. You will then be prompted to confirm clearing all application cached data

5. Select "Clear" and then try to login once again.

Cleared the cache, signed out, signed back in, problem still exists.

1. Reproduce the error (Important, this needs to happen before we can collect error logs)
2. Under "Sign in/You" tab, Select the Settings icon on the top right
3. "About" -> "Send Feedback", and send the feedback email

I just checked and everything seems to be working again. I don't know why as it still wasn't working after the most recent update. But things seems smooth as silk now. Thanks for your help.

I don't know why, but the error returned. I uninstalled, shut down, reinstalled, and the error still exists. I did as your previous post indicated and sent my device logs.

We've made some adjustments - can you help confirm if this error is persisting on the latest app update(11.6)? 

I do have version 11.6 and the problem still exists. I’ll keep sending logs.
