Why can't I sync My Watchlist on the website to my Android app? I have created a Watchlist on the website but it's empty on the app. What gives?

You used the same login on both?
As noted by bderoes, it sounds like you may have accidentally signed in with a different account. I'd recommend to make sure you are logged into the same account on both your computer as well as on your android device.
