Please can you explain the problem in more detail, thanks?

Hello,
Thank you for tour replay.
Of course, I try to explain better.
It's useful to use the IMDb lists as archive, in very simple way just by adding items and reorder them by drag & drop when needed.
In order to use a list as archive, you need to have the item number (of course you can't personalise it, but it's enough the list number assigned by IMDb).
When to use the order by number, the item number is shawn in the listed items.
But when you change the order, using for example the title order, or by finding the title inside the list by the search, you aren't able to see the list item number.
Of course, is not possible to find a movie by scrolling all the list content, so is not useful for archiving purpose by hidding the list item number.

Kind regards

I see, thanks.  We will move this to the "idea" section for future consideration.
