Imdb app keeps freezing and stopping on my phone and tablet. I'm gettingerror code 303200 over and over again. Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and s4 tablet

Have you tried removing the IMDb app, then reinstalling it?
Also do you have the latest version Operating System for both devices?
@Karen_P yes I have. It made absolutely no difference. I'm using the most current software available for both devices.
Was hoping something simple for you.
This may be an ISP issue, I think this because it is happening on two separate devices. Have you tried using one of your devices on another network?
This is what I found off the internet. But IMDb tech may have a solution. Wait for their relpy.
I haven't had a chance yet but I will try it. But I will tell you I wasn't having this problem 6 months ago on the same network. And I don't have any problem with HD video playing on my other apps like YouTube.

@Taylor hi Taylor I'm using Galaxy Tab S4 model SM_T830 with Android version 10 operating system. My IMDb app version is 18.104.22.168250302.
I get the error code on almost every single video I play. It's usually plays for a few seconds and then freezes for about 5 seconds and then plays and then stops altogether with the error code.

Do you have any further details you're able to share in regards to what title you're attempting to play/watch when you experience this issue, as well as from where you are clicking on the video? Thanks.
As stated earlier it's almost every single video I watch on your app. When I get notification from your app about videos I usually click on those and try to watch them. About 20% of the videos will play without the error message but every single video will freeze at least once during playback.

Only the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus and s4 tablet as stated in the very first comment. When you say "accessible" are you referring to the devices accessible features? Because I do have some accessible features active on both of these devices.

Unfortunately we've not been able to identify the issue and the team is still investigating. However I did want to ask if you are using an ad-blocker on your device? I'm thinking this may be a potential reason why you're encountering the error you've noted.
My tablet has an ad blocker but my phone doesn't. I did try uninstalling it in the past but it didn't make a difference so that can't be the problem.
Making sure we have everything accounted for - are you on the latest version (8.2.7) of the IMDb App?
