WHy doessynopsis get shortened while playing trailer

Perhaps its an issue related to my smaller display of my laptop, but i doubt it. When i play a trailer i see the synopsis on the right side. As the trailer is still loading i can see all text, but as soon as its loaded. Its gets shortened and i get this button to reveal the full text.

this is useless, there is enough space below to show it. It does show while the video is loading. Why does it need to be shortened?
