No use for French language in my app

All of a sudden, part of the app is translated into French. Regional settings are set on local (regional = Belgique, which is  in French), changing it back to international doesn't change it. No other relevant settings to be found.

Belgium is a trilingual country. The most spoken language here is actually Dutch and not French, so please do your homework,  correct this and give people a choice.

Anyway, I don't care for IMDB in other languages, so how do I get it back to 100% English?

Hi @Kstynen,

In order to get the IMDb app back to English language, please follow these instructions:

1. Open de app and log in.

2. Go to "you" tab (your profile)

3. Click on the settings icon in the upper right corner (small gear)

4. Click on "display" in the general section

5. Select the desire app language

On the other hand, if you are on the website version using a laptop or desktop, just open IMDb.com and then click on the icon in the upper right corner next to your name or the sign-in button and select the language as desire.

@Kstynen  In addition to the helpful advice from @SooJoe above, we wondered if we could ask some questions for customer research here?  The labels in the app should follow the global language preferences in your phone which is per the Android standard here.  Do you have those set to French?

The settings specific to the IMDb app as referenced above should control the title language within the app and things such as local ratings certificates and running times where available.

Please could you confirm your phone's global settings, the IMDb specific app settings and then post a screen-grab of an IMDb title page in the app where we are doing the wrong thing?

We can then consider different behaviours for future versions of the app.  Thanks,
