I need help. I'm trying to find this movie or tv show name. Its Korean and there's monsters in it. I only remember one clip. A girl is hiding in a abandoned department store in the desert and she's hiding from this monster that's like a wolf or mutated dog. She poses as a mannequin to fool it but as it was leaving she takes a pic of it, exposing herself. She runs and soldiers were with her. Fighting the monsters in the bazaar.
