Trying to identify an actor . . .

My apologies if this isn't allowed here, but I couldn't think of anywhere else to ask. In tt0534799 (CSI: Miami, S1.E14, "Forced Entry"), starting at about 15:39, there is a character named Danny Blue. He has many lines, although this is his only scene. The actor looks familiar to me, but I cannot place him. So I checked the cast list for the episode. The character is not listed. I checked both the starting and ending credits. No names that aren't already in IMDb for that episode. I can control my curiousity if I must, but I figure he deserves to be listed as uncredited. Does anyone recognize him? Thank you!
